Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, the strong ability to close sales, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our dealership's success by building relationships with customers and helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their needs and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and needs. Provide tailored recommendations and guide them through the purchasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  2. Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product line, including features, benefits, and specifications of each vehicle. Stay updated on new models and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  3. Sales Process Management: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process from initial contact to closing. Manage customer interactions, negotiate terms, and ensure satisfaction throughout the buying journey.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
  5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
  6. Administrative Duties: Accurately complete all sales-related paperwork, including sales contracts, financing applications, and vehicle registrations. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
  7. Training: Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about dealership initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
